Look, we get it - nobody really enjoys reading through legal documents. But we think it's important you know how we handle your info when you're ordering flowers from us. We've tried to keep this straightforward and honest, just like how we run our shop.
When you place an order with us or sign up for our subscription bouquets, we'll need some basic details - your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and payment info. Pretty standard stuff, really. We also keep track of what flowers you've ordered before because honestly, it helps us remember if you're allergic to lilies or if you always go for the roses.
We're not gonna sell your data to random companies - that's not our style. We use your info to fulfill your orders, send you delivery updates, and maybe shoot you an email about seasonal specials if you've opted in. That's about it. Oh, and we'll keep your order history so if you need to reorder "that exact arrangement from my cousin's wedding," we've got you covered.
We only share your info when absolutely necessary. Our payment processor needs your payment details (obviously), and our delivery drivers need your address to actually get the flowers to you. If you've ordered sympathy arrangements, we'll share the recipient's info with the funeral home if needed. That's pretty much the extent of it. We're based in Canada and follow Canadian privacy laws - PIPEDA and all that.
You can request to see what data we've got on you, ask us to correct it, or even delete it entirely. Just give us a call at (604) 555-7293 or email hello@nexavorchronos.info. We'll sort it out within a reasonable timeframe - usually within a week or so, though it might take a bit longer during wedding season when things get crazy busy.
We take security seriously. Your payment info is encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways - we don't actually store your full credit card numbers on our systems. Our website uses SSL encryption (that little padlock in your browser), and we've got proper safeguards in place. That said, no system is 100% bulletproof, but we're doing our best to keep your info safe.
When you place an order, you're entering into a contract with us. We'll do our absolute best to fulfill it exactly as you've requested. Payment is due at the time of order unless we've arranged something different for corporate accounts. We accept major credit cards and e-transfers. If your payment doesn't go through, we'll reach out before we cancel the order.
We offer same-day delivery in Vancouver if you order before 2 PM. After that, we'll get it there the next business day. Sometimes life happens - traffic's brutal, addresses are wrong, or nobody's home to receive the flowers. We'll make every reasonable attempt to deliver, but we can't guarantee exact delivery times. If there's an issue, we'll call you right away.
Here's the thing about working with fresh flowers - sometimes what we need isn't available. Maybe there was a frost that wiped out the peony crop, or the wholesaler's shipment got delayed. If we need to substitute something, we'll always use flowers of equal or greater value and we'll try to match the style and color palette. If it's a major change, we'll contact you first. For weddings and events, we discuss everything upfront so there aren't surprises.
If you need to cancel, let us know ASAP. If we haven't started making the arrangement yet, we'll issue a full refund. Once we've started working on it, we can offer a partial refund or store credit depending on how far along we are. For weddings and events, our deposit is non-refundable after 60 days before the event since we've likely turned down other bookings and ordered specific flowers.
We stand behind our work. If you're not happy with your flowers or they arrive damaged, reach out within 24 hours and we'll make it right - either with a replacement arrangement or a refund. Just keep in mind that flowers are living things and will naturally age. If they looked great on delivery but wilted two days later, that's probably just the natural life cycle, not a quality issue.
We're responsible for delivering quality flowers, but we're not liable for things beyond our control. If the recipient has an allergic reaction, or if they knock over the vase and it breaks grandma's antique table, or if someone steals the flowers from a doorstep - those aren't on us. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the arrangement.
If anything in these policies doesn't make sense, or if you've got concerns about how we're handling your information, just reach out. We're real people running a flower shop, not some faceless corporation. We're happy to chat about any of this stuff.

We might update these policies from time to time - usually when laws change or we add new services. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If it's a major change, we'll send out an email to let folks know. We're not trying to sneak anything past you.
Thanks for taking the time to read through this. We know it's not the most exciting content, but we appreciate you understanding how we operate. Now, let's get back to the fun part - creating beautiful floral arrangements!
